IT Business partner
The Business Partner is the main point of reference in terms of Technology and Processes for an academic institution.
Institution:
Planeta Formación y Universidades is an international network of educational institutions, part of Grupo Planeta, offering a wide range of training and higher education programs. It provides innovative and flexible learning solutions in areas such as business, technology, health, and more, aimed at preparing students for the global job market.
PFU includes prestigious institutions such as EDC, ESLSCA, EAE, etc. and is present internationally: Spain, France, United States, Morocco, etc.
Main responsabilities:
Definition and execution of the technology and process strategy in the academic institutions:
- Knowledge of the technological and process catalogue of services and solutions in PFU and its use in the assigned institutions
- Knowledge of the business strategy of the institutions and the value and impact of technology and processes
- Leadership in the articulation of the previous points in initiatives and / or specific projects in the short, medium and long term that maximize the business value of investments in technology (in total alignment with the management committees of the institutions and the different departments from business technology - Business Solutions, Portfolio Management, Service Delivery)
- Leadership of specific projects of the institutions
Stakeholders’ management:
- Leadership and reference point of business technology in the management committees of the institutions, governing all elements related to projects, services, risks and value of investments
- Leadership in the change towards a more transformational business partnering model (progressive introduction of technological innovations and disruptive solutions)
- Effective management of the relationship with stakeholders of the institutions, increasing collaboration and transparency between business technology and institutions
Professional profile:
- More than 10 years of professional experience in IT, Strategic Business Planning, Project Planning, Budget Management
- Engineering Degree (Computer Science, Industrial).
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms, especially those based on Cloud solutions
- English : fluent, Spanish : Fluent, French : a plus
- Strong communication skills and results oriented
Work conditions:
Location: Paris, 19ième
Contract: permanent
Business travel: to Barcelona (recurrent) and to Morocco (from time to time)
